Platform engineering : the cloud selfservice portal

Cloud service consumption could be overwhelming and time-consuming for development teams. Taking precious time from implementation to deal with cloud service details. in this talk I would like to present a solution to this problem: abstract out cloud services via self-service portal for standardization, governance, cost control, and security.
