GeeksBlabla Podcast is one of the most famous tech podcasts in Morocco, with more than 160 episodes, over 200 guests, and more than 400k views on YouTube alone.
The podcast started in 2018 as one of the first projects maintained by the Geeksblabla community, and it's still running till now.
Managing a community project like the Geeksblabla Podcast is not easy. Sustaining and growing it for more than five years is even harder. But having a team, clear objectives, and a philosophy has helped us find the right approach to keep the podcast running and growing for over half a decade.
We truly believe in the power of the community, and this talk is our contribution to help you make your community project a success. During this talk, we'll share our five-year journey managing the podcast as developers. We'll discuss our objectives, philosophy, the technical challenges we encountered, the tools we used, how we chose and found guests and hosts, and how automation helped us keep the podcast running smoothly.
