From Implementation TDD to Behavior TDD

TDD (Test-Driven Development) is a methodology that emphasizes writing tests before writing code.
While no one can deny the benefits of writing tests, many developers approach it in a way that's both time-consuming and energy-draining.

In this talk, I want to talk about why Implementation TDD (ITDD) often falls short and why Behavior TDD (BTDD) is far more beneficial than ITDD.
